>> Where's my order?
We do our very best to ship all in stock orders within 3 business days, usually sooner, except after a big sale. Check your email spam folder, you will be sent an email once your order ships which includes the tracking number. If none of these apply please contact us and we'll let you know the status.

>> The items I just ordered are on sale now, will you honor that sale price?
Unfortunately we cannot honor that sale price. We suggest you sign up for our newsletter so you know when we have a big sale. Also make sure you add email@example.com to your contacts list to avoid newsletters going to your Spam folder.
>> What is your Preorder Policy?
>> What if I order Preorder items with in stock items and I want my in stock items now?
Yes! We charge an additional $5 shipping charge for US orders in this case. Please contact us to make arrangements.
>> Can I cancel my order or Preorder?
Usually we can accommodate a cancellation. If it's a special order which includes prepayment, then we will not be able to cancel your order. If we have already started to process your order we may not be able to cancel. Most preorders we are able to cancel. All cancellation may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the situation. Please contact us to find out more information.

You have 21 days from the date of receipt to send unwashed/unused merchandise (fabric must be 1 yard or more) back for a refund. Please contact us to arrange your return.
PLEASE NOTE: The cost of returning will be your responsibility.
