>> Where's my order?
We do our very best to ship all in stock orders within 3 to 5 business days, usually sooner, except after a big sale. Check your email spam folder, you will be sent an email once your order ships which includes the tracking number. If none of these apply please contact us and we'll let you know the status.

>> The items I just ordered are on sale now, will you honor that sale price?
Unfortunately we cannot honor that sale price. We suggest you sign up for our newsletter so you know when we have a big sale. Also make sure you add newsletters@brewstitched.com to your contacts list to avoid newsletters going to your Spam folder.
>> My shipment is delayed or lost can I get a refund?
I am not responsible for delays in shipping once it's left our shop. USPS/UPS/Fedex delays are not grounds for a refund. I make every effort to get your in stock product out the door in 3 to 5 business days and after that we have no control. Therefore no refunds on delayed or lost items.
